If your motorcycle helmet has to take the impact of a collision, you want one that won't let you down. Shoei motorcycle helmets are built using a very strong, lightweight and unique shell design. First they spread the force of any impact, then absorb it.

The outer shell is made from a tough AIM/carbon construction, using reinforced fibres also employed in bullet proof vests. The flexibility of the material disperses the impact so it can be more easily absorbed.

The inner shell mimics the skull. Tough and hard at the front for maximum protection, it uses up to three different densities of EPS in set positions to soak up impact, and places a softer layer in contact with head.

Shoei motorcycle helmets are handmade at Shoei's own sites in Japan with obsessive attention to detail, and the most rigorous quality control. Shoei doesn't allow defects.
